Dinosaur Jr. Touring Canada In Support Of Reunion Album And DVD

Canadians will see a lot of Dinosaur Jr. and their members in the coming days and weeks, as the band's original lineup will tour in support of their first album since 1989's Bug.
Guitarist J. Mascis, bassist Lou Barlow and drummer Murph will release Beyond via Fat Possum on May 1. The 11-song disc was recorded at Mascis' Amherst, Massachusetts home studio and should be eagerly lapped up by fans of one of alternative rock's pioneering bands.
Barlow's other band, Sebadoh, are in the midst of a North American tour that hits Toronto's Lee's Palace on Friday and Montreal's The Main Room on Saturday.
A DVD titled Dinosaur Jr.: Live From The Middle East, documenting the first leg of the power trio's reunion tour, will follow on May 8. But Canadians will be able to see the band in the flesh at these shows:
