Kid Rock Cleared Of Assault Allegation

Kid Rock has been absolved of allegedly assaulting a woman last week, allowing the rockin' rapper to get on with his badass life.
"The reports are fraught with differing eyewitness accounts and without substantiating injuries there exists insufficient evidence to support a charge," said Oakland County, Mich. prosecutor David Gorcyca in a statement.
The unidentified 28-year-old woman who claimed Rock (real name Robert Ritchie) assaulted her reported that he grabbed and pushed her, but police officers didn't find any bruising or marks on her body to support her allegations.Rock plans to sue the woman for filing a false police report.
"These allegations were taken very seriously by Kid Rock and he's not going to walk away," said his lawyer, Michael Novak, in an NME.com article.
Maybe this little incident will make Rock think twice the next time that he wants to invite some bar flies back to his place to listen to music.
