My Chemical Romance and their alter-ego The Black Parade will play eight Canadian shows in May as part of the second leg of their North American tour.
The band's The Black Parade concept album has sold more than 100,000 copies in Canada since its release late last year. Lead single "Welcome To The Black Parade" was a #1 Canadian rock radio hit and its "Famous Last Words" successor is in the top five. The group will perform all of The Black Parade and songs from their back catalogue. No opening acts have been named yet.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday.
