Juno Awards 2007 Compilation Features 18 Nominees

Those eagerly awaiting this year's Juno Awards won't have to wait until April 1 for a recap of the biggest Canadian hits of last year. They'll be able to find many of them on the Juno Awards 2007 compilation, which will be released by EMI Music Canada on Feb. 27.
The album is a joint project of Canada's four major record companies (EMI, Sony BMG Music Canada, Universal Music Canada and Warner Music Canada) and the Canadian Academy Of Recording Arts And Sciences (CARAS). All proceeds from sales of the album will go to CARAS' music education program, MusiCan.
Since the 2003 inception of the Juno compilations, each one has been certified gold for selling more than 50,000 copies in Canada.
This year's Junos will be held at Saskatoon's Credit Union Centre on April 1 and will be broadcast nationally by CTV.
