The world mourns. Paris Hilton has won a temporary injunction against the Parisexposed.com website that launched late last month and has caused much embarrassment for a woman who inexplicably seemed to benefit from what many would describe as embarrassing behaviour in the past.

But bad karma may have finally caught up to her, as the hotel heiress and wannabe singer/actress has been caught on video saying "We're like two niggers" to her sister Nicky as they danced to Notorious B.I.G.'s "Hypnotize" at a club. She's also seen screaming "faggot" several times at another dancer.

That's just one of the things that curious voyeurs have decided is worth spending $39.97 U.S. per month to access on Parisexposed, and it's one of the reasons why Hilton and her lawyers are trying to shut it down for good. The site also features Hilton's social security number, health data, records of a miscarriage, a prescription for genital herpes and other personal information.

A judge slapped a temporary court order against the site on Friday for allegedly violating Hilton's right to privacy and infringing copyright.

"Unscrupulous individuals can use such information to steal Hilton's identity, or even worse, to stalk and even physically harm Hilton," states the lawsuit filed by one of the big attractions at last year's MuchMusic Video Awards.

"The owner of the site has an opportunity on February 16 to contest the order," said Hilton's lawyer, Howard Weitzman. "He can either do it in writing or orally in court. If he doesn't show up, or the judge isn't swayed, the order can turn into a permanent injunction."

According to Hilton's lawsuit, Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 at a public auction for the contents of a storage facility she and her sister had rented while moving two years ago. The goods were then sold for $10 million to online entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who launched the website.

Hilton's items were originally put on the auction block because she had neglected to pay rent owed for the storage facility.
