Hanson's new album, The Walk, will be released on May 22.

According to the band's website, the record is being issued in Japan on Feb. 21 and in the U.K. on April 30 prior to the North American release. Most regions will get a 14-track version, but fans in Japan will get two bonus tracks: "In A Way" and "I Am."

The band gave fans a peek at one of the LP's songs, "Great Divide," by releasing it on iTunes on Nov. 27 prior to World AIDS Day on Dec. 1. The song, described as a "hopeful yet intense rock anthem," was recorded with the support of a South African children's choir when the group toured the area last July.

"Our experience there made clear that the fight against AIDS is an urgent cause that requires action whether you're in the ghettos of Soweto or suburbs of America," singer Taylor Hanson said last November.

The sales proceeds from the song are going to the Perinatal HIV Unit at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital in Soweto, South Africa.

The Walk is the group's first studio album since 2004's Underneath. They had a series of compilations come out in 2005 and 2006, including The Best Of Hanson: Live And Electric and The Millennium Collection. The band of brothers are best known for their 1997 Middle Of Nowhere debut that featured the hit "MMMBop." Although no dates have been announced, Hanson are expected to tour in support of The Walk.

Here are the tracks on The Walk:
