To help you decide whether or not you want to buy the new Of Montreal album, you can stream it for free until it's release on Jan. 23.

Polyvinyl has made all of Hissing Fauna, Are You The Destroyer? available on its website, so you'll have something new to listen to if you're tired of hearing an altered version of the Athens, Ga. group's "Wraith Pinned To The Mist (And Other Games)" that's been included in radio and television commercials for Outback Steakhouse.

But wait, there's more. A seven-inch vinyl release with new album tracks "She's A Rejector" and "Bunny Ain't No Kind Of Rider," as well as the exclusive B-side "Little Rock," will be issued in a 2,000-copy run on Dec. 5. Five hundred copies of a 12-inch featuring "She's A Rejector" and "Faberge Falls For Shuggie" will be made available the same day.

Of Montreal, led by frontman Kevin Barnes, have been making quirkily engaging pop records since the release of their 1997 debut, Cherry Peel. The prolific group have since issued 12 LPs and EPs on various independent labels, while members have been involved in such other projects as Marshmallow Coast, My First Keyboard, A Pollinaire Rave, James Husband, The Late B.P. Helium, Ocelot Fang and M Coast.

Of Montreal will launch an extensive 2007 North American tour in support of Hissing Fauna, Are You The Destroyer?, which will include these Canadian dates:

Feb. 7 Vancouver, BC @ Richard's On Richards
March 12 Montreal, QC @ La Tulipe
March 13 Toronto, ON @ Opera House
