Fall Out Boy's follow-up to last year's From Under The Cork Tree breakthrough should arrive in stores on Feb. 6 with the title Infinity On High on the cover.

The album's first single, "This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race," will be premiered when the band perform it on the American Music Awards show on Nov. 21.

"There may be other songs on the record that would be bigger radio hits, but this one had the right message," bassist/lyricist Pete Wentz told Rollingstone.com, adding that the sing-along at the end of the track was inspired by Justin Timberlake's "Senorita."

Another song, "Carpal Tunnel Of Love," was posted on the absolutepunk.net website this week and is now making its way through cyberspace.

Although titles may change by the time Infinity On High is released, other songs slated to appear on the disc are "I'm Like A Lawyer With The Way I'm Always Trying To Get You Off," "Thriller," the horn and piano-laced "Truth Hurts Worse," the Babyface-produced "Thanks For The Memories" and "Law & Order," which deals with African-American activist Fred Hampton Jr., who was jailed for eight years on what many people believe were trumped-up charges.

"We came in with 20 songs, but we're not ready for Use Your Illusion I and II yet," Wentz explained to Spin.com about the Chicago emo group's fourth album.
