Queen were apparently telling the truth when they sang "We Are The Champions."

The Official U.K. Charts Company has issued a list of the 100 best-selling albums of all time in Britain, and Queen's 1981 Greatest Hits collection tops it with sales of 5.41 million. Queen's Greatest Hits II ranks seventh with 3.64 million.

Artist best-of packages are featured prominently, comprising almost 20 per cent of the list, with four in the top 10.

Robbie Williams, a huge star across the pond whose success hasn't translated particularly well in North America, leads the way with six albums in the top 100. The Beatles, Coldplay, Oasis, Celine Dion and Michael Jackson are each represented three times.
