Autographed Juno Memorabilia Up For Auction

Juno Award souvenirs autographed by the likes of Broken Social Scene, The Tragically Hip and Alexisonfire will be put up for auction on eBay next week.

The Junos' overseer, the Canadian Academy Of Recording Arts And Sciences (CARAS), will donate the proceeds from the sale to MusiCan, a music education initiative that helps fund music programs across the country.

From July 14 to 24, collectors and music fans will be able to bid on 30 items of autographed memorabilia from the 2005 and 2006 Juno shows, including signed hockey jerseys and game sticks from the Juno Cup games, plaque-mounted posters and leather jackets.

Here are some of the items that are up for grabs:

2005 Juno Cup hockey jersey including autographs from The Tragically Hip's Gord Sinclair, members of Great Big Sea, Billy Talent's Jon Gallant and former NHL stars Dale Hawerchuk and Doug Gilmour.

2006 Juno Cup hockey jersey including signatures from Blue Rodeo's Jim Cuddy, members of Theory Of A Deadman and The Trailer Park Boys cast, and former NHL stars Kirk Muller and Paul Coffey.

2006 Juno Cup hockey stick signed by the likes of Skye Sweetnam, members of Theory Of A Deadman and The Trailer Park Boys cast, Muller and fellow shinny players Mark Napier and Sami Jo Small.

2006 Juno Awards leather jackets autographed by celebrities including Bedouin Soundclash, Broken Social Scene and Michael Buble.

2005 Juno Awards Songwriters' Circle posters autographed by musicians including Buffy Sainte-Marie, Burton Cummings, Alexisonfire and City And Colour's Dallas Green and Jully Black.

2006 Juno Awards Songwriters' Circle posters autographed by musicians including Great Big Sea's Alan Doyle, Alpha Ya Ya Diallo, Jann Arden, Joel Plaskett, Ron Sexsmith and Martha Wainwright.

2006 Juno Awards posters autographed by nominees, performers and presenters, including Buck 65, Coldplay, Buble, Nickelback, Pamela Anderson and Rex Goudie.

2005 Juno Awards posters autographed by nominees, performers and presenters, including Billy Talent, Cummings, K.D. Lang, K-OS, Sum 41 and the Hip.
