Current Chart cover boys Alexisonfire will release their third full-length album, Crisis, next Tueday.
The St. Catharines, Ont. screamo quintet aren't wasting any time in getting on the road to support the new record, and they're taking Every Time I Die, Cancer Bats and Attack In Black with them. Long-running CBC television series The Beachcombers introduced Canadians to the small town of Gibsons, B.C. The three members of Mothra hope that an extensive tour will introduce Canadians to them.
The Gibsons-based band blend indie rock, punk, hardcore, metal and prog in their music, which definitely isn't what Relic and Jesse were listening to back in the day. Godzilla's nemesis will play these shows:

Veteran Canadian roots rocker Barney Bentall is making a comeback with the release of Gift Horse, his first album in years, via True North next Tuesday.
His 20-year-old son, Dustin Bentall, is following in his footsteps and recently released his country, folk and roots rock-based Streets With No Lights debut album. The Vancouver artist is heading east to play these Ontario gigs to show off his new songs:
