Billy Talent To Headline Foxfest On Canada Day

We've announced two Edgefest concerts on the past two Mondays, so now it's time to let the west coast in on the action with another radio station-sponsored festival, Foxfest.

Vancouverites will be able to rock their Canada Day away at the Plaza Of Nations' Edgewater Stage along with Billy Talent and four bands from Chad Kroeger's 604 Records label: Theory Of A Deadman, Thornley, Marianas Trench and the Armchair Cynics.

The concert is once again being presented by local rock station 99.3 The Fox and House Of Blues Concerts Canada. Previous Foxfests have featured the likes of Offspring, Audioslave, Green Day and Velvet Revolver.

Tickets for this year's event go on sale at 10 a.m. on May 19 through the Ticketmaster and House Of Blues websites. General admission tickets are going for $19.93 plus all of the usual charges.
