Madonna Will Tell You A Secret With DVD/CD Package

Madonna is going to let fans in on a secret on June 13.

I'm Going To Tell You A Secret, which aired on MTV in October, will be released as a CD/DVD package by Warner Bros. The film portion of the set, directed by Jonas Akerlund (U2, Moby), focuses on the singer's 2004 Re-Invention Tour. The DVD also includes never-before-seen footage from the documentary and the director's cut of the controversial music video for 2003's "American Life" that was pulled shortly before it was to premiere in the U.S.

The CD component includes 14 tracks from the film, including a cover of John Lennon's "Imagine" to end the disc.

The release follows closely on the heels of Confessions On A Dance Floor, which debuted at #1 on the Canadian sales chart in November. The 48-year-old will begin a tour on May 21 at the Forum in Los Angeles. The only scheduled Canadian dates are June 21 and 22 at Montreal's Bell Centre.
