Fatboy Slim Asks: Why Try Harder?

Fatboy Slim

Almost every song you'd want from electronic dance king Fatboy Slim, along with two new tracks, are on the way in a package that arrives on June 20.

Astralwerks' The Greatest Hits — Why Try Harder will feature the best of the best from the DJ's career, as Fatboy (born Norman Cook) compiled 16 of his biggest hits alongside the new single, "That Old Pair Of Jeans," which should hit the airwaves shortly before the album's arrival. The other new song, "Champion Sound," features rapper Lateef.

Remixes of Groove Armada's "I See You Baby" and Cornershop's "Brimful Of Asha" are included on both the normal and limited-edition versions of the album, the latter of which will come with a bonus DVD. The disc collects 10 Fatboy videos, including the Grammy Award-winning "Weapon Of Choice," which features the gravity-defying dance sequence by actor Christopher Walken. A full DVD release titled The Greatest Hits — Why Make Videos, will follow in July.
