Black Eyed Peas And Hedley Added To Juno Lineup

The performers' list for the April 2 Juno Awards on has been funked up by the addition of hip-pop heavyweights The Black Eyed Peas. MuchMusic favourites Hedley have also been added to the bill for the awards show, which will be hosted by Pam Anderson.
The Peas' Monkey Business has sold almost 700,000 copies in Canada and is up for the international album of the year Juno. The dancing gang of four received more cross-Canada exposure in November when they provided the halftime entertainment for the nationally televised Grey Cup.
Hedley, the Vancouver band fronted by Canadian Idol finalist Jacob Hoggard, are nominated for new group and rock album of the year for their platinum-selling self-titled debut. The band recently wrapped up a sold-out Canadian tour with Simple Plan.
Already confirmed to take the stage at Halifax's Metro Centre are Bedouin Soundclash, Broken Social Scene, Coldplay, Michael Buble, Nickelback and 2006 Canadian Music Hall Of Fame inductee Bryan Adams.
