Cat Power's Still #1 By A Whisker

Cat Power's The Greatest is the most popular album across the nation among campus radio programmers for a fourth week in a row.
Moving up one place to #2 is Young And Sexy's Panic When You Find It, which forced Destroyer's Destroyer's Rubies down to #3. Arctic Monkeys' Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not remains stuck at #4. It's followed by The Diableros' You Can't Break The Strings In Our Olympic Hearts, which moves up three places to #5. Arab Strap's The Last Romance jumps back up the chart, moving 10 spots to grab the #6 position. Buttless Chaps' Where Night Holds Light drops two spots to #7, while The Barmitzvah Brothers' The Century Of Invention moves up three positions to #8. The Gossip's Standing In The Way Of Control slips down three spots to #9, followed by Chart Sizzler Award winner They Shoot Horses Don't They?'s Boo Hoo Hoo Boo at #10.
Magneta Lane, who rocked the Chart Canadian Music Week showcase on March 2, is the runner-up for the Chart Sizzler Award. Their debut full-length, Dancing With Daggers, arrives at #20. The Congotronics 2 compilation debuts at #23, and Belle And Sebastian's The Life Pursuit enters the chart for the first time at #27. Other notable debuts include Femme Generation's Brothers And Sisters, Alone We Explode at #35, NOFX's Never Trust A Hippy at #40 and Eagles Of Death Metal's Death By Sexy at #46.
There are four entries that have spent at least 18 weeks on the chart. Elliott Brood's Ambassador at #29 and Controller.Controller's X-Amounts at #34 have survived for 19 weeks each, while Broken Social Scene's eponymous release at #48 and Metric's Live It Out at #50 have been around for one week less.
The specialty charts have three new #1s, including two #1 debuts. Kataklysm's In The Arms Of Devastation moves up three places to claim the top spot on the Metal/Punk chart. Chicago Underground Duo's In Praise Of Shadows arrives at #1 on the Jazz/Blues top 10. The late J Dilla's last album, Donuts, debuts on the Hip-Hop chart at #1. The aforementioned Congotronics 2 compilation remains at #1 on the World/Folk chart and DJ Cam's Revisited By continues its reign at #1 on the Electronic chart.
