Razorlight Getting Razor-Sharp Results In Studio

Razorlight

After staying out of the musical spotlight (and out of the way of Pete Doherty's headbutts), Razorlight are back in the studio working on the follow-up to 2004's Up All Night.

Bassist Carl Dalemo, who's keeping a blog on the band's website, said the boys attended a fashion show in Paris as well as the Brit Awards and the ShockWaves NME Awards shows last month before heading back full force into the studio.

The British foursome are working away in a West London studio with producer Chris Thomas (Sex Pistols, The Pretenders, Pulp) and are making solid progress on their next record. The songs "In The Morning," "Who Needs Love," "Fall To Pieces" and "I Can't Stop This Feeling I've Got" were recorded in about a week.

"We started recording the album and have been ever since," Dalemo explained. "Serious work my friends but it's going damn well. Sounds more and more like a classic every day."
