Rap superstar 50 Cent has had great success with G-Unit, so now he wants to create a replica of his unit to pleasure the G-spot. The enterprising and egotistical entertainer is looking to make a waterproof (so women can use it in the bathtub) vibrator, though he's not sure if it should exactly match his proportions. Fiddy told GQ magazine: "Blue is my favourite colour, so it would probably be blue. But I don't know how big. I don't know if big is better because I'm not sure a man wants his woman playing with a really big dildo."

Speaking of practical devices: Deadheads who aren't too stoned to turn on their computers will want to visit eBay from December 18 to 24 when Grateful Dead founder Jerry Garcia's home appliances will be auctioned off to raise money for the Sophia Foundation, a San Francisco Bay area non-profit organization that helps children and families during marital separations and divorces. Foundation chairman Henry Koltys has kept all of the goods since he bought Garcia's Nicasio, California house in 1997, two years after the singer/guitarist died of a heart attack. Appraisers have valued Garcia's appliances (including a dishwasher and toilets) at around $75,000 U.S., but Koltys hopes that they'll fetch more than $100,000 in online bids.

Simple Plan have launched the Simple Plan Foundation, a charitable organization that will raise funds to help teenagers deal with things that the band have made a lot of money writing songs about, including drug addiction, poverty, depression and suicide. The foundation will also donate money to various medical and social organizations that care for sick children and promote music education.

Beck has made new music available on his website. You can hear the exclusive tracks "Sorrow," "Day For Night," "Premonition" and "Untitled Song 2," as well as two tracks from Guerolito: The Remix Album: "Broken Drum" and "Wish Coin." Guerolito — which features such acts as Air, Boards Of Canada and Diplo re-interpreting songs from Beck's Guero album — arrives in stores on December 13.

Wrestler Diamond Dallas Page is suing Jay-Z for the unlawful use of his "Diamond Cutter" hand signal that he claims he trademarked the rights to in 1996. Page says he introduced the "Diamond Cutter" symbol on World Championship Wrestling's weekly Nitro and Thunder programs in 1996 and has continued to use it at various wresting events, on television appearances and on the cover of his new book, Yoga For Regular Guys. Page alleges that Jay-Z has been unlawfully using the symbol on a number of products, including the covers of the Dynasty: Roc La Familia 2000 and Fade To Black albums.

A member of Qatar's ruling family has paid more than $3 million for an electric guitar donated by Bryan Adams and signed by 19 rock stars to raise money for a tsunami-relief charity. Adams, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, Pete Townshend, Paul McCartney, Sting and Jimmy Page are among the stars who signed the Fender Stratocaster.

A judge has refused to dismiss manslaughter charges against the owners of the Station nightclub in West Warwick, Rhode Island and Great White's former tour manager. This decision comes despite defence attorneys' claims that state prosecutors withheld evidence during a grand jury investigation of the February 2003 fire at the club that killed 100 people when Great White's stage pyrotechnics ignited flammable soundproofing foam. The judge's decision means that prosecutors can now proceed with their case against Jeffrey and Michael Derderian and Daniel Biechele, who've pleaded not guilty to 200 counts of involuntary manslaughter.
