If you're a music fan living in Canada and haven't caught Ox at least once over the last year and a half, you haven't been out enough.

In the last year alone, Ox (led by singer-songwriter Mark Browning) have toured Canada a total of four times. He's also spent a whopping 20 weeks in the U.K. and Europe, establishing himself as one of Canadiana's top indie exports. Just in case Ox have missed any potential fans in the last 12 months, they're hitting the road again and touring right through mid-December.

Ox are still riding high on their 2003 album Dust Bowl Revival, but they have a new release to promote on the upcoming tour. The band have teamed up with California's Kid Lightning (a.k.a. Dave Gibbs of Gigilo Aunts fame) for the latest installment in Endearing Records' Intercontinental Pop Exchange series. Other recent IPX releases include split releases from Novillero and the U.K.'s Spearmint (IPX #5), and Aaron Booth and Finland's Treeball (IPX #4).
