He may be a little past his prime, but how often do you get the chance to see a living legend?

The Hardest Working Man In Show Business, Soul Brother Number One and the Godfather Of Soul himself, Mr. James Brown, is coming to Canada.

Brown has only slotted one Canadian date into his schedule: he'll be at Toronto's Molson Amphitheatre on June 5. American Express cardholders can start buying their tickets this Friday (March 26) and everyone else can snag tix through Ticketmaster on Monday (March 29).

Tickets will start at the surprisingly low price of $10 with the fancier seats going for $55 and $75. What can you expect from a James Brown show? Well, brothers and sisters, you can expect a whole lot of funk. Again, Brown, who's now 70, doesn't quite have the mojo that he did back in, say, 1965, but you will likely be able to hear hits like "I Got You (I Feel Good)," "Papa's Got A Brand New Bag" and "Hot Pants."

It's nice to see that Brown's back at work, seeing as he's had a few recent troubles in his personal life. Brown was arrested in January, after allegedly shoving his young wife, Tomi Rae. Brown has since sought out an annulment in the marriage, claiming that Tomi Rae had failed to divorce her previous husband. Brown and Tomi Rae have a two-year-old son, James Brown II.
