Propagandhi & Randy Bring The Message To Western Canada

In a cultural and political exchange of the highest order, Winnipeg's favourite anarchist punks Propagandhi will be taking Sweden's like-minded Randy under their wing for a West Coast tour later this month.
Randy, whose music is described as "sharp-penned radical/socialist/anarchist/anti-capitalist/revolutionary lyrics and melodic punk rock," have been around for almost a decade, but are fairly new to North America audiences.
The Human Atom Bombs, their first release with Epitaph in North America, came out this past Tuesday and their stint with Propagandhi will be their first ever tour in Western Canada.
And if the description of their music is any indicator, the Swedes couldn't ask for more suitable tour guides than the comrades of Propagandhi for their introduction to our home and native land.
The tour will hit the road under the name "The Humanitarian Intervention Tour, Part 2," the two bands will be playing from Regina to Vancouver beginning on Aug. 29 with the possibility of some American dates in early September.
For now, here are the Canadian dates:
Aug. 29 Regina, SK @ Riddel Centre
Aug. 30 Saskatoon, SK @ Sid's Garage
Aug. 31 Edmonton, AB @ Bus Barns
Sept. 1 Calgary, AB @ MacEwan Hall
Sept. 3 Kelowna, BC @ Performance Centre
Sept. 4 Vancouver, BC @ Croatian Cultural Centre
