Lost Guitar: If Found Please Return to Barenaked Lady

Barenaked Ladies' guitarist Kevin Hearn needs you.
One of the musician's favourite guitars has gone missing, and thus the band has appealed to their fans and the general masses for help in retrieving it.
In a scenario somewhat less than shocking to anyone who has ever flown out of Pearson International Airport, Hearn's guitar went missing sometime after the band left Toronto for a St. John's, Newfoundland gig. Air Canada has been valiantly searching for the guitar, but to no avail.
The instrument in question is a custom-made Paul Reed Smith semi-hollow body (known as a 'McCarty' to guitar connoisseurs) with a natural blonde finish. Fitted with a Bigsby tremolo arm, it's a pretty unique axe so don't think that no one's going to notice you playing it with your Thin Lizzy cover band in some downtown club.
Besides, it sports the serial number 049256 and its black, rectangular flight case proudly bears the number '57' on it. Those who have information about the guitar (i.e. Where it is) should contact Dean Roney at 204 291 5051.
And while there is no mention of a reward in the press release, we at ChartAttack are fairly sure that should you stumble onto said Paul Reed Smith semi-hollow body McCarty, you probably could swing something.
I mean, if people without multi-million-dollar recording contracts can afford to shell out $100 for a returned kitty-cat, surely the Barenaked Ladies can afford to send you some sweet backstage swag (Ed Robertson's sweaty towels perhaps? Think of the Ebay mark-up value!) or a spot in their next video or something. Especially if it's one being directed by Jason Priestly.
