Stompin' Tom Connors Back On The Trans-Canada

This intern almost dared to snicker when she heard the name Stompin' Tom Connors being thrown around the ChartAttack office, but that was before she was almost thrashed for doing so.

Ahh... Being such a young thing I never realized the extent of his hardcore following in Canada. But after a quick lesson and a stern talking to by my "all-knowing" (self proclaimed) superiors here at ChartAttack, this intern thinks that she finally understands their undivided loyalty to such a grand Canuck.

Right now they're reveling in the idea of Stompin' Tom hitting the road again. That's right, he'll be partaking in a cross Canada tour where he will offer said very dedicated fans an early chance at nabbing his new compilation album entitled, Stompin' Tom Sings Canadian History. The 23 track CD features a selection of Stompin' Tom's songs that pay homage to and explore Canada's vivid history.

On the album, fans will be able to hear "Erika Nordby (Canada's Miracle Child)," his latest single.
