The National Basketball Association has added Sugar Ray to their halftime performances for game five of the championship finals between the L.A. Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers.
The band now join U2, who performed at game one, and Destiny's Child, who are scheduled to sing at game four as featured performers during halftime.
This is the first year the NBA has added musical acts to their half-time show. Those who aren't interested in hoops can still tune in as the halftime performance is going to be televised on the NBC television network.
Sugar Ray are scheduled to perform "When It's Over" and "Every Morning" on Friday, June 15.
An animated video clip for "When It's Over" has just been completed by the Cartoon Network (U.S.).
