Matthew Good Band Tour News

Matthew Good Band will belt out their hits from their album Beautiful Midnight as they make their way across Canada during a summer tour that starts June 20.

Lately, MGB have been out of the country promoting their album down south. Beautiful Midnight has hit double platinum status here and boasts familiar singles like "Load Me Up" and "Strange Days."

Just announced is a tour stop at Kingswood Music Theatre in Paramount Canada's Wonderland's, located just north of Toronto scheduled for July 6. This date will feature Canuck talent, Treble Charger, Copyright and Sloan. Although not all dates are confirmed, Treble Charger and Copyright will be on most of the dates with MGB.

This could be the first concert appearance for Sloan since they played a secret show at Toronto's Barcode on March 27. Their friend Alan McGee, the anglophile icon who gave rise to bands like Oasis, My Bloody Valentine and the mighty Jesus And Mary Chain through his Creation label had them play his DJ party.
