Stopping Looking At This Photo And Start Downloading Travis

Although scheduled for sale in the U.K. on May 28 and probably in Canada via the local import shops a few days later, those who have a desperate hankering for new Travis material can fill that craving by downloading the single, "Sing."

All one has to do is check out their website, travisonline.com to download the single, but act fast because it won't be there long. As an extra special treat some of the B-sides are also available. Fans should take note of these B-sides since the song, "You Don't Know What I'm Like" is the debut of Andy Dunlop singing full vocals and it's his first songwriting credit to boot. Dougie Payne also was given a crack at, "Ring Out The Bell."

Unfortunately, you'll have to wait for the official single to be released to hear their version of "Killer Queen."

Fran Healy has written a diary of events regarding the making of their video for "Sing." Here's an excerpt of what he thought of the location:

"The site for the new Travis video was chosen by the directors out of 40 similar mansions and as we pulled up we were suddenly aware of how the other half live, or lived, because it was empty save for the film crew that had set up shop there that day."

A full report can be found on the site.
