Cradle Of Filth Celebrate Halloween With Album

It's kind of a cliche, but at the same time it's to be expected from the horror rockers. Cradle Of Filth have announced that they'll release their new album, Midian, on Halloween.
Lucky for them Halloween falls on a Tuesday, the day most albums appear on store shelves.
Interestingly, the band have hired Doug Bradley to narrate on one of the songs. He is best known for his work as Pinhead in the Clive Barker movie, Hellraiser.
Fans should expect the usual level of debauchery associated with Suffolk, England's band, who have had their video "From The Cradle To Enslaved" banned by MTV. Although that's not that hard to do.
In addition, they've been in embroiled in political debates because people banned them from performing in Milwaukee (the home of serial killer Jeffery Dahmer) and their fans have been targeted too for their devotion to COF. A Florida teen was arrested simply for wearing one of their t-shirts.
One wonders what the shock rockers have in store for this release. ChartAttack does know they've been working on a film, Cradle Of Fear, which should be released shortly, too.
