Jeff Martin Pins A White Ribbon On David Usher

Moist's David Usher has been added to the White Ribbon benefit concert being held in Toronto on Tuesday June 6, and Chart magazine played a role in making it all happen.
The Tea Party's Jeff Martin, who not only lends his name and performance skills to the concert every year, but also approaches his friends about participating in the cause to end male violence against women, assists in obtaining the artists on the bill.
This is where Chart comes in.
"It happened at the Chart magazine photo shoot. David and I have never, not for any reason, had the opportunity to really meet one another. It was cool to get to know each other at the [photo shoot]. So there was an invitation for me to play some guitar on his next solo record and now it's all good," Jeff says, before adding, "You guys are just bringing everyone together."

Although it's Jeff now who has brought everyone together for this great cause. Also performing at White Ribbon, besides Usher and Martin are j. englishman, Haydain from Jacksoul, and Gordie Johnson from Alkaline and Big Sugar fame.
ChartAttack.com will have a complete interview with Jeff on Tuesday as part of our coverage of Toronto's North By Northeast festival as he explains why he is so involved in the White Ribbon campaign.
