Bon Jovi is holed up in the New Jersey home studio of its frontman Jon Bon Jovi, recording the band's first album since 1995's These Days. MTVNews reports that the CD's first single will be a track called "Say It Ain't So," expected to be released in March. The self-produced album is still untitled and set to be out in May.
Jon Bon Jovi told fans in an informal chat session on Wednesday that the group "is in a better mood this time around." He also revealed that the album will be reminiscent of 1986's Slippery When Wet and will include two ballads. He added that the band plans to tour for about six months. Bon Jovi has been on a five-year sabbatical during which time the members have worked on individual pursuits.
