With less than two weeks until this year’s Canadian Music Week celebration, the festival has announced a final round of additions to its already well-stocked lineup.

Among the new additions are The Dandy Warhols, Yukon Blonde, Tasha the Amazon, Jess Moskaluke and James Barker Band.

CMW also announced new showcases, with this year’s highlights including late night programming from BUNZ, Complex Canada presents Earl Sweatshirt, the SIRIUSXM House at The Great Hall, Exclaim! Presents at the Baby G, The Indies presented by Jim Beam with Indie88, as well as label presented shows from BUZZ Records, Dine Alone, Six Shooter, and Mint Records.

The concert series showcases are among the most exciting events to look out for during the festival. We especially can’t wait for the Six Shooter Records show, where you can see performances by Whitehorse, Tanya Tagaq, NQ Arbuckle, and Amelia Curran.

The iHeartRadio Fest is another show we can’t wait to see, with performances coming from The Strumbellas, Big Sean, James Arthur and more. That showcase will happen on the 21st at Rebel.

Earl Sweatshirt’s performance with Tasha the Amazon at the Phoenix Concert Theatre on the 22nd is sure to be a great show, and we hope to see everyone at the final concert series show on the 23rd when Explosions in the Sky take the stage at Rebel.
