You know Interpol as the band behind Turn On The Bright Lights and Antics. But their kept closely secret is that the band's frontman Paul Banks is also this guy. Surfing, hitting a Jonah, rolling in the deep...dude loves it all. But since Interpol took off as poppy post-punk revivalists, his passion has been placed on hold, unless it's to save a school or if he tracks Oo-Szaj, the evil wave that killed his family (last seen working in a post office in Nebraska).

Perhaps the "All The Rage Back Home" video, co-directed by Banks and Sophia Peer, will help him find closure. Shot all in black and white, there's lots of nice suits and some heinous, war crime-level tubage. Watch below as Interpol send those pipes to The Hague, by surfing on them good.

Interpol's new album El Pintor is out September 9 via Matador; pre-order it here.
