In perhaps the least surprising hip-hop revelation since Big Pun’s heart troubles, the secret identity behind the culty Captain Murphy was revealed to be Flying Lotus, at the rapper’s debut performance last night. Ok! In typically obscure FlyLo/CapMurph fashion, the artist also known as Steve Ellison simply tweeted “HahAhHAHaaha” which is probably as close to on-the-record confirmation as we’re likely to see for awhile.
