[news] Sub Pop co-founder releases eBook full of unreleased Nirvana photos

Lost photos of the grunge pioneers emerge.

- Nov 13, 2012

Wait, there's seriously still unreleased Nirvana media? I would have thought that publishing Kurt's journals and that “Beans” thing represented the bottoms of the ethical and musical barrels for that resource. But no! There's still some tragic and wonderful visual artifacts to be had, thanks to Sub Pop co-founder Bruce Pavitt, who has published Experiencing Nirvana: Grunge in Europe, 1989, an eBook that documents eight days of Nirvana's European tour with Tad and Mudhoney. iPad/eBook reader havers can download it right now. Proceeds of the sales will go towards Seattle charity The Vera Project, so buy a piece of rock history and contribute to a good cause while you're at it.
