We rejoiced with our air guitars swinging violently in the air, then got scared that our dreams had been choked by the Hendrix estate—but, now there is definitive proof that yes, the Jimi Hendrix biopic starring Andre 3000 is indeed happening for real. How do we know this? Candid photos of Andre 3000 wearing an Afro wig, that’s how we know!

Thanks to Rap Radar’s expert sleuthing skills, photos of Andre 3000 have emerged from the set of the Jimi Hendrix biopic All Is By My Side, and lo and behold, Andre actually looks a lot like Jimi Hendrix! Trying to cover himself up from the paparazzi, Andre is none too happy that his costume is being spoiled, but we don’t care what he thinks because we love to ingest media and people without their consent on a regular basis, because we can.
