Born Ruffians frontman Luke Lalonde has had a busy year, which he’s mostly spent touring in support of his band’s Say It album, which came out last year. But now he’s on the new single from First Rate People, with whom Born Ruffians toured earlier this year, too.

First Rate People formed fresh out of high school and feature a rotating lineup. On “Someone Else Can Make You Art,” the band includes Anna Horvath and Anna Wiebe on vocals, Nicole Jasper on vocals and melodica, Lalonde on vocals and percussion, Jon Lawless on vocals, ukulele, piano and percussion, Liam Sanagan on vocals, guitar, synthesizer and percussion and Hayden Stewart on guitar.
First Rate People plan to head back out on the road this fall and will announce dates soon.
