The line-up for the 34th annual outdoor Vancouver Folk Music Festival has been confirmed and will highlight some of Canada’s most notable acts including: Buck 65, Elliott Brood, Burning Hell, Joel Plaskett, Jim Bryson and the Weakerthans Band, Kathryn Calder and Imaginary Cities amidst a slew of other homegrown acts.
Additionally, there will be special treats from abroad, specifically The Jayhawks, Justin Townes Earle and Gillian Welsh.
The Folk Fest is slated to take place the weekend of July 15 – 17 at Jericho Beach Park and aside from three days of music, the event will also be host to an artisan market and a folk bazaar.
