Pixies Playing Huge Canadian Tour This Spring

Okay, super music fans: here is some news that will make you start drooling uncontrollably.

Pixies are coming to Canada this spring for their most extensive set of Canadian dates since they went across the country on their 2004 reunion tour.

And if you were bummed that Pixies’ 2009 jaunt in support of the 20th anniversary of 1989′s classic Doolittle album didn’t come to your city, they’re about to make it up to you. Pixies will perform at cities across Canada throughout April and early May, playing Doolittle in entirety at the gigs.

Dates in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia are on the itinerary.

A limited number of tickets will be available in a pre-sale starting tomorrow at 9 a.m. ET through Pixies’ website. They’ll go on sale to the public on Jan. 28.
