Jef Whitehead, the tattoo artist and musician better known as Wrest from San Francisco black metal band Leviathan, was charged with criminal sexual assault and aggravated domestic battery on Sunday. Police say he allegedly used his tattoo tools to assault his girlfriend. Rapper G. Dep has pleaded not guilty to murder and manslaughter. He’s accused of shooting and killing someone 17 years ago in New York City. Last month, he turned himself in at a Harlem police station and admitted he’d shot the person nearly 20 years ago, but now he’s saying he didn’t. —MTV News
