Morrissey is against Katy Perry and Russell Brand getting married and has apparently tried to talk them out of it. Brand is friends with the former Smiths singer, and wants him to sing at his and Perry's wedding, but Perry doesn't want him there because "'We can't have a Mr. Misery like you messing things up.'" Finger Eleven have titled their upcoming fifth studio album Life Turns Electric, and it'll be out in early October.

Hamilton, Ont.'s San Sebastian have signed with Universal Music Canada. You might remember them from MuchMusic's disBAND, on which they appeared in January. Their Tour EP will be available from the band on tour and will be for sale digitally on Aug. 24.
