If you've already landed yourself in deep doo doo for allegedly slapping your neighbour on the noggin with a BlackBerry three years ago and gotten yourself slapped with an order not to have any contact with them, it's probably not smart to flash that neighbour after getting in an argument with them.
But Foxy Brown is apparently in her own category.
Brown was arrested on Wednesday (July 21) for allegedly yelling at her neighbour and exposing herself to her.
The New York Post reports Brown was rehearsing in her Brooklyn, N.Y. apartment on Wednesday for a gig when she saw her neighbour, Arlene Raymond, looking at her. That was apparently too much for Brown to take.
"Bitch, what are you looking at? What the fuck are you looking at?" Brown's alleged to have yelled before she allegedly lifted her skirt and gave Raymond something entirely different to look at, according to a complaint Raymond filed against her.
Brown was arrested Wednesday and charged with criminal contempt for violating an order of protection, which is a class E felony in New York.
Raymond got an order of protection against Brown after that BlackBerry incident, in which she was said to have bruised Raymond's eye and chipped her tooth. Brown's not allowed to have any contact with her as part of the order of protection. The BlackBerry incident actually saw Brown jailed for seven months because a judge ruled she'd violated her parole. In October 2006, Brown had been sentenced to three years' probation and anger management classes after assaulting two nail salon stylists because of a $20 U.S. manicure.
Brown's mother told the New York Post that Raymond is just "making up lies." Bernadette Brennan, Brown's manager, said Brown was innocent and the fight had been caused by Brown's rehearsing.
"Foxy is partially deaf, so she listens to her music loud when she is rehearsing," he said.
