Magnetic Fields Documentary Trailer

Strange Powers: Stephin Merritt And The Magnetic Fields is an upcoming documentary about indie rock icon Stephin Merritt and the history of The Magnetic Fields. It features interviews with Peter Gabriel, Sarah Silverman and authors Daniel Handler and Neil Gaiman.

A preview screening of the film will be held at San Francisco's Mezzanine on Feb. 28 and it will have its world premiere at Austin, Texas' South By Southwest Film Festival in March.

The Magnetic Fields' most recent album, Realism, came out on Jan. 26.
