Stereophonics' new video for "Innocent," from the upcoming Keep Calm & Carry On is so British it's bound to make Ben Sherman-wearing Morrissey jealous. The band have edited themselves into old film stock containing tons of Union Jacks and a row of Yorkshire-style row houses looks straight out of 1961, or even earlier. (Why does this video remind me of Monty Python's Meaning Of Life?)
The title of Keep Calm & Carry On is a reference to a British poster produced during World War II to increase public morale. The album is out Nov. 16 in the U.K.
