City Sonic is a cross-platform series of 24 short documentaries in which Toronto artists discuss the venues where they started their careers.
In this episode, Rush's Geddy Lee talks about seeing Cream at Massey Hall, the building's significance in his life and its prestige made the idea of playing it seem unattainable. Nonetheless, Rush wound up playing Massey Hall many times and even cut a live album — 1976's All The World's A Stage — there.
