This is the first single from R. Kelly's upcoming new album, Untitled, which is due out this fall. Unsurprisingly, it's about sex, and it features Kelly crooning to Hilson over the radio. Prepare to be astounded by Kelly's yodelling skills. (That was sarcasm.)
