Depeche Mode's video for "Peace," from the recently released Sounds Of The Universe, follows a female soldier who seems to long for peace as much in her personal life as in her professional life. The video appears to be a series of flashbacks of things the young woman has had to endure recently. Unfortunately, it makes it seem as if singer Dave Gahan's chorus of "Peace will come to me" is just wishful thinking.
