Arkells' video for "The Ballad Of Hugo Chavez," the second single from last year's Jackson Square debut, is a performance clip, but that doesn't mean it's boring.
The slickly-produced video finds the band on stage with lots of flashing lights, which is the kind of stage set-up they deserve because it rightly makes them look like rock stars.
You can decide for yourself whether it's fortunate or unfortunate that Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez himself does not make a cameo.
