"Disclaimer" can be found on The Dears' recently released fourth album, Missiles. The disc was recorded during a period of inner-band turmoil, since all the members with the exception of Murray Lightburn and Natalia Yanchak left the band during the sessions. The result was an album that CHARTattack's Erik Missio said grabs the listener "unexpectedly, sinking teeth into flesh, pulling you below the surface like a saltwater crocodile."
