CYMBALS are all about vibrance in their electro pop music – a few gleaming stardust synths, maybe some DFA-styled bass funk to round it off – stuff that conjures previous decades in a modern fashion. So “The Natural World” makes perfect sense. A disarmingly sedate first verse gets shattered by a huge, Cut Copy-styled chorus, and the rest of the song is left jittery with adrenaline. Great for those who like their pop unapologetically dance-crazed. Grab the single on 24th January via Tough Love.
