L-Vis 1990 has uploaded a bunch of sleazy, pathological remixes to his Soundcloud. Things start off pretty strange, from the scratch-heavy melted siren wail of “Spinal Ha” (with Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk on the co-sign), to the industrial, Japanese horror movie vibe of his “Batdance” remix, to “Linn Horror,” which is reversed. Things get a bit more traditionally house on his D’Angelo edit that remoulds “Untitled” as a sexy, hi-hat heavy club pleaser. The results are as iconically sexy as a slide bass, though not as campy.
