Captain Murphy said he was releasing his album Duality today, but he’s not the kind of rapper to make it as easy as a link to Mediafire. The entire LP has been edited into a 35 minute video which, true to character, is a hodgepodge of real and fictionalized cult imagery that eventually gets blended to the point of indistinguishability, like wine and blood at a messy sacrifice. If the hyper-compressed and soulful production sounds familiar, that’s ’cause it’s Flying Lotus, who produced “a lot” of the album. Check it out here.
